FoundationCX LLC is a US-registered technology company with teams in Egypt and the Gulf. We supply the technical side of projects to partners who hold the client relationship — proposals, planning, project management and delivery — and we're paid as their subcontractor.

How we're built
A small core in Cairo, specialist engineers brought in per project, and technical direction that stays constant across all of them. Every project runs on a decision log, three lenses — business, delivery, architecture — and a clear line between the partner's decisions and ours.
Led by Abdallah Soudy — product and delivery lead with 17 years across government, judicial, education and enterprise platforms in Egypt and the Gulf.
We also take direct engagements where it makes sense. Partnerships are our focus.
