FOUNDATIONCX
عربي

The technical arm behind your firm.

FoundationCX supplies the technical side of the projects you win — proposals, planning, project management and delivery — as your subcontractor. You keep the client. We do the engineering.

We work behind you, not beside you.

A partner holds the client relationship, the commercial front and the local presence. FoundationCX owns the technical part — and is paid by the partner, not the client.

We don't pitch your clients. We don't appear in front of them unless you want us to. Your win stays your win.

What we take on

  1. 01

    Proposals

The technical sections that decide a bid: solution approach, architecture, effort and cost basis, delivery plan, risk register. Written to the evaluator's questions, in their order.

  2. 02

    Planning

Turning a won scope into something buildable: requirements, architecture, phasing, estimates, team shape, dependencies.

  3. 03

    Project management

Running the build: backlog, sprints, progress and risk reporting to you, change control, and a decision log so nothing gets decided twice.

  4. 04

    Delivery

Building and shipping it: platforms, web and mobile applications, integrations and APIs, AI features, cloud and infrastructure — and a clean handover.

Take all four or any one. The two common entry points are delivery only, when you've already sold and planned it, and proposal onward, when you need help winning it first.

How we work

Subcontract

A defined technical scope of your project, delivered and invoiced to you. Fixed price per scope or phase, against milestones. Best when the scope can be written down.

Managed team

A technical team we select, manage and direct, working inside your delivery. You carry the team cost; we carry selection, management and technical direction. Best when you need sustained capacity rather than a bounded scope.

Direct engagements are possible too. Partnerships are where we focus.

Who decides what

Where a strategic decision has a technical consequence you can't see, we say so in writing. You decide. Either way, it's logged.

Who it's for

How a partnership starts

  1. A call

Thirty minutes. Your firm, your pipeline, what you're missing.

  2. A scope note

What we'd take on, how we'd price it, what we'd need from you. One page.

  3. An agreement

Our one-page subcontract or managed-team agreement, with reference rights decided up front.

  4. Kickoff

A named decision-maker on each side, and a decision log from day one.
